Enrollment Application Terms and Agreement

A non-refundable annual enrollment fee of $60 is required upon submitting this application. We accept payments via all major credit cards, cash, check, cashier’s check, money order, Cash App, or PayPal, with applicable processing fees. Please make checks or money orders payable to Northeastern College of Theology and send them to our office. Upon successful enrollment, a Degree Program or course syllabus, along with selected course materials, will be emailed to you.

IMPORTANT: The cost of books is NOT included in the tuition or enrollment fee.

  1. Please read this agreement in full before signing.
  2. This document becomes legally binding only when accepted, signed, and dated by an authorized official of the school or the registrar at the school’s main office.
  3. You are entitled to a copy of this agreement and any disclosure pages you sign.
  4. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the student and the school.
  5. Honorary Degrees are not accepted towards academic requirements.
  6. By submitting this application, you affirm that all information provided is true and accurate and agree to the terms of tuition payment, graduation fees, materials, and textbooks. The annual enrollment fee of $60.00 is due upon registration and is non-refundable.
  7. The school reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for unsatisfactory progress, nonpayment of tuition, or failure to adhere to established standards of conduct.
  8. The transferability of credits to another institution is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the receiving institution.
  9. The cost of graduation regalia varies by program, and graduation fees are due by March 1 of the student’s graduation year.
  10. Northeastern College of Theology is a private institution open to the public following the screening of each applicant. Information other than promotional content should not be made public without authorization from the President or their staff.
  11. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a Christ-like manner at all times. 
  12. The Northeastern College of Theology maintains a social media presence. Students are encouraged to promote the school positively, bringing glory to God, encouraging others to attend NCT, and gaining support for their academic journey. Always maintain decency and order.
  13. Non-compliance with these terms can result in reevaluation of eligibility. Credits for courses are granted upon completion of the course, full payment of tuition, receipt of a passing grade, and completion of attendance, participation, homework, and finals.
  14. Please note that NCT is accredited by the Accrediting Commission International for Biblical Higher Education, focusing on religious teaching and ministerial training. Transfer credits are at the discretion of the receiving institution. 
  15. Students must complete an end-of-year and/or end-of-course evaluation.
