Frequently Asked Questions
Application Fee and Tuition
A non-refundable application fee of $60.00 must accompany all applications. Upon approval of application, one-third of tuition, plus cost of text/digital books is due at REGISTRATION. Please note that NO text/digital books will be released without pre-payment. Remaining balance of tuition and other applicable fees MUST be paid in full by April 15th of each school year. A 10% discount will be applied for all full prepayment tuitions.
Life-Earned Credits
Northeastern College of Theology recognizes life-learning experience and will issue credit for such experience. However, such credit must be determined by NCT Administration at the candidate's evaluation process.
Transferred Credits
Northeastern College of Theology reserves the right to allow, or not allow, credits earned at other institutions for similar courses taken at another institution. If credit is awarded, the candidate will be assessed $2.00 per credit hour. These hours may not exceed 60% of the required hours for graduation from Northeastern College of Theology
Application For Advanced Standing
Simply complete all of the information requested on the enrollment application, along with the appropriate fees. Make your check payable to Northeastern College of Theology and mail to 159 Church Street NE, Concord, NC 28025-4732 or use the payment link on the site. You will be given a detailed report of your advanced standing in the degree program of your choice.
Refund Policy
Students may change or drop a program at any time during the first week after notification of their acceptance to Northeastern College of Theology. When a program is dropped or withdrawn from and no substitute is taken, a 10% refund will be made, upon request. No refunds are given for book or application fees.

One way we do this is through our partnership with Logos Bible Study App. Students receive digital copies of their course textbooks on a powerful bible study platform to enrich their learning and enable them to dig deeper into scripture.
Resources are subject to change, at the direction of the Executive Board of Directors, and not all subjects are offered every year.

Statement of Standards
All students are required to give a testimony of having accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Each student is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner that will, at no time, bring reproach upon our Savior or upon NCT.
All students must be a working part of a local church. Time spent in participation within the local church will be logged and turned in to Northeastern College of Theology. These hours are figured into the student's semester credit hours as personal ministry. God's Word demands that we be doers of the Word and not hears (or students) only.

You will need a stable internet connection and a device like a computer, tablet, or smartphone. The specific software (like Zoom, Teams, etc.) will be determined by the school administration.
What if I miss a live class? Will there be a recording available?
All classes will be recorded, however, due to the accelerated pace of our programs, you will only be permitted with one excused absence for the academic year.
